Alternative Moroccan Wedding Inspired Photo Shoot Brockholes, Preston

Earlier this year I had the pleasure of being invited to take part in a Moroccan inspired styled photo shoot, created by the talented team from ZAZ events to showcase their venue dressing and props styling services

On the day we were transported to a warm sunny cosy Moroccan afternoon sat in a tavern just watching the world go by, from the photos you wouldn’t know that Storm Dennis was in full force outside (well maybe the veil shot gives it away just a little bit)

Setting the Scene

The team from ZAZ Events wanted to capture the beautiful moments of intimacy by using the Moroccan rustic desert tones as the theme, perfect for couples how are looking for alternative, unique and magical experience, the team created a beautiful relaxed area with an amazing macramé back drop supplied by Vanir Creations which just captured that boho vibe perfectly

The whole shoot was captured by the incredibly talented Esme Whiteside Photography, the warm earthy tones are been photographed beautifully and her dark and moody editing style complemented the warm styling tones

The Cake

The brief I was given for the cake was burgundy and gold tones with a Moroccan vibe, I created a spectacular three tier wedding cake, the bottom tier was a hexagon tier to incorporate an alternative vibe for the cake, the middle tier was decorated in burgundy with a gold Moroccan inspired stencil and the top tier was a lustre gold tier, on the day the cake sat perfectly on ZAZ’s authentic Moroccan brass table and dressed with a variety of brass and glass candle holders

The Dream Team

I would like to give a big shout out to all the other North West suppliers who were involved in this shoot, please have a look at their Instagram accounts for more inspiration
