About Me

Hi! My name is Paula and I am passionate about baking, cake design and finding ever new and unusual ways to decorate my beautiful handmade creations.

After baking cupcakes as a hobby for friends and team meetings I turned being made redundant into the best thing for me and opened my cake shop ‘Cakes By P’ in 2013 in Irlam, Manchester.

I am a mother of two beautiful young adults who have obviously followed in my foot steps for creative flair. My son Callum is a actor and my daughter Georgia is currently studying to be a special effects make up artist, not forgetting my husband Darren who is an event organiser.
